Is Akon Career free for job seekers?
Yes. Searching, applying, the resume builder, interview prep and salary insights are free. We never charge job seekers to apply.
How do I track my applications?
Open your Dashboard to see every application with its status: Applied, Viewed, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer or Not selected.
Can I save jobs and apply later?
Yes. Tap the heart icon on any job card and it appears under Saved Jobs in your dashboard.
Resume & Tools
How do I download my resume as PDF?
In the Resume Builder click Download PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog.
Where does salary data come from?
Salary Insights are based on salary reports shared by Akon Career members and published job offers, updated every quarter.
Employers
How much does it cost to post a job?
The Starter plan lets you post one job free for 30 days. Growth costs ₹4,999 per month and Enterprise ₹14,999 per month plus GST.
How quickly does a job go live?
Most jobs go live within 2 hours after GSTIN verification of your company.
Safety
What if a recruiter asks me for money?
Never pay any fee for a job. Report the listing from the job page or email support@akontec.com and we will act within 24 hours.
Is my phone number shared with employers?
Only with employers you apply to. You can hide your number from search in profile settings.
