By using Akon Career you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Job seekers
Provide accurate information. Akon Career does not guarantee interviews or employment, and you must never pay any employer to be hired.
3. Employers
Post only genuine vacancies with accurate salary ranges. Charging candidates any fee, or misusing candidate data, leads to immediate suspension.
4. Paid plans
Employer plans are billed in advance plus GST. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; unused periods are not refunded except as required by law.
5. Content
You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a licence to display it for providing the service. Do not post unlawful or misleading content.
6. Liability & law
The platform is provided “as is”. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai having jurisdiction.
